Through Agile Management and applied Innovative Learning Methods we will be able to explore, observe and understand the world in a holistic way, empathizing with the needs of the people to deliver what they need. The LEAD Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program is aimed at people looking for a professional and applicable knowledge to understand Entrepreneurship & Innovation, their key tools, methods and processes for agile management, that the professionals need, especially: Entrepreneurs, Professors and Students, Teams and Start-up Managers, Intermediate managers and team leaders, Customer service Teams, Teams and sales managers, Teams and marketing managers, teams and innovation managers, Operations Teams Public Service Teams, Managers and general managers.
The seminar focuses on: People agility, Change agility and Results agility, and consists of 4 modules: Leadership, Facilities & Agile Management; Entrepreneurial Mindset; Harnessing Creativity & Innovation; Design Thinking & Service Design.
The seminar will be delivered by Prof. Pere Juarez. Pere Juarez is from UB University of Barcelona and works in the Faculty of Economics; BIE Barcelona Institute of Entrepreneurship; ICE L'Institut de Ciències de l'Educació, IL3 Institute for Lifelong Learning. He is the ISOCO Innovation Manager, EDUCHALLENGES General Manager; the President of UB Alumni Club of Entrepreneurship & Innovation; a member of IAF-International Association of Facilitators, a Lecturer & Expert in Applied Innovation for Education. He is also Trainer & Senior Facilitator of High Performance Teams using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and Gamification Techniques, with a recognised curriculum in Innovation Project Management and Innovation subjects at the University and Organizations.
