Call of applications from foreign applicants (including Diaspora Armenians) and submission of the documents to the educational institutions implementing higher and post-graduate professional educational programs in the Republic of Armenia (2025-2026)

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry), in accordance with the Decree of the RA Government No. 700-N of April 28, 2011 “On approval of the procedure for admission of foreign citizens as well as family members if the diplomats working in RA diplomatic institutions operating in foreign states to the higher educational institutions of the Republic of Armenia” launches the call of submitting the documents for foreign citizens (including diaspora Armenians) to educational institutions implementing higher and postgraduate professional educational programs of the Republic of Armenia for the 2025-2026 academic year through the fs.emis.am electronic system (applicant’s guide is attached) within the following deadlines:

  •  For admission of diaspora Armenians applicants to tuition-free bachelor’s educational program (specialties in the field of Armenian studies, pedagogy and art) from June 23 to August 22, 2025
  •  For admission to tuition fee full-time bachelor’s, as well as continuous and integrated educational programs (including admission for a preparatory course) from June 23 to September 30, 2025
  •  For admission to tuition fee full-time master's programs (including admission for a preparatory course) from June 23 to October 10, 2025
  •  For admission to tuition fee part-time bachelor’s and master's programs from June 23 to October 16, 2025
  •  For admission to tuition fee postgraduate educational programs from June 23 to November 14, 2025

Applicants shall submit the following documents

1. Copy of the passport;
2. Copy of the birth certificate or a copy of the baptism certificate verified by a notary (Only for Diaspora Armenians);
3. Copy of the graduation certificate with the grades, translated and verified by the Notary. In the case of specific countries, international validation (Apostille) may be needed;
4. Medical reference about general health status (can be provided by the medical institutions of the Republic of Armenia);
5. Certificate of Unified Examinations;
6. 4 photos (size 3x4);
7. CV in Armenian, Russian, or English;
8. For the postgraduate education program, an essay on the chosen major topic in Armenian, Russian, or English (approx. 20 pages).
