There are numerous trainings organized specifically for young people, which provide essential knowledge, skills and abilities, such as recognizing and valuing one’s own self, productively communicating with others, studying and researching career opportunities, structuring correct work biographies, making a professional appearance to the employer, etc. A masterly structured work biography, a sophisticated cover letter and a convincing motivation letter are some of the most important prerequisites fostering active competitiveness in the market. The components pointed out above constitute an important advertisement tool, which outline the experience and skills of an individual and help the employer build a general sense of how much of use can the specific person be for their company.
