Lusine Arakelyan is the Deputy Head of External Affairs and International Cooperation (EAIC) Department of Brusov State University. She has years of experience in the field of education, particularly in the recognition of foreign educational documents, internationalization of higher education, as well as in the process of developing the National Qualifications Framework.

The main functions are:

• Assist in the establishment and development of long-term cooperation with foreign universities, embassies, public administration bodies and other institutions;
• Cooperation with the university's international and local institutions;
• Coordination of the admission process of foreign applicants;
• Support to the implementation of international grants and other projects, as well as administrative, academic, student international mobility programs;
• Participation in the development of the university's internationalization policy and promotional tools.
