Alisa Ghukasyan
Head of the Chair of Armenian Studies at the BSUBorn in 1956 on December 30 in Yerevan.
1973 Graduated from Yerevan Secondary School № 53 after A. Khanjyan
1978 Graduated from Yerevan State University Faculty of Oriental Studies, Department of Persian Studies
1978-1981 was a PhD student at the Institute of Oriental Studies of NAS RA
1980 - 1985 Worked at Yerevan State Pedagogical Institute of Russian and Foreign Languages after V. Ya. Brusov
2007 Earned the scientific degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences
1985-2019 Taught at Yerevan State University of Languages and Social Sciences after V. Brusov
In different years, concurrently taught Armenian to the employees of the OSCE Office in Armenia, the Embassy of Georgia, and the Delegation of the European Union.
2019-2024 was sent to Romania under an interstate contract to teach Armenian language at the Bucharest State University.
November 1, 2024 was appointed as Acting Head of the Department of Armenian Studies at the Brusov State University
Author (co-author) of about 60 scientific, education methodology articles, books, works.
Has two sons and four grandchildren.
