Financial Department
Objective: Financial management and accounting.
Functions:
- drafting BSU Budget, ensuring target-oriented and effective use of financial means;
- implementation of BSU mid-term espenditure program;
- university accounting;
- design and presentation of BSU reports on finances and accounting;
- supervision over the use of university funds, tangible assets, labor and financial resources;
- exercise of policy on accounting in line with the RA legislation on accounting considering the peculiarities and structure of BSU, as well as maintenance of its financial stability;
- maintening financial stability of BSU, implementing accumulation of financial means, creating and replenishing the intangible fund;
- analysis of BSU incomes and expenditures.
