Terms and Conditions for Participation in the International Mobility Program or BSU Learners and Employees

The information about the mobility program is published on the official website of the BSU and on the Facebook page of BSU, and can also be distributed throughout social media of the relevant structural units, informational seminars, via emails and other methods of information dissemination.

In case of the mobility program on the competitive basis, after the deadline for submitting applications , the Rector issues an order for the formation of the competition commission. The commission consists of the representatives of the relevant faculties, the EAIC department, the structural unit initiating the program, as well as other structural units, as required, based on the goals and features of the mobility program.

In some cases, by bilateral agreement, the Mobility program participation competition can be organized by the Receiving HEI, which should provide a letter certifying the fact of competition. 

Selection Criteria for Learners:

  • Academic Performance (Grade Point Average (GPA)) giving the priority to the ones who have the highest GPA;
  • Proof of sufficient language proficiency required by the Mobility Program (minimum B1 level);
  • Motivation;
  • Previous participation in Mobility programs, giving priority to the ones who have not participated before or have less participation in similar programs compared to other applicants.

Selection Criteria for Employees

  • Program proposal required for participation in the mobility program, and its compliance with the strategic goals and objectives of BSU and the structural unit, also the compliance with the Mobility Program goals and objectives;
  • Proof of sufficient language proficiency required by the Mobility Program (minimum B2 level);
  • Motivation;
  • Previous participation in Mobility Programs, giving priority to the ones who have not participated before or have less participation in the similar programscompared to other applicants.

The information about the participants of  the outbound mobility program, in some cases, if required, the selection protocol and other documents, are submitted to the Receiving HEI for confirmation. For participation in a Mobility Program, the Receiving HEI should provide a confirmation letter and an invitation letter.

The Participation in a Mobility Program for BSU learners and employees is organized according to the Procedure for the International Mobility” of “Brusov State University Foundation”.
