Objective: Financial management and accounting.

Functions:

• drafting BSU Budget, ensuring target-oriented and effective use of financial means;
• implementation of BSU mid-term espenditure program;
• university accounting;
• design and presentation of BSU reports on finances and accounting;
• supervision over the use of university funds, tangible assets, labor and financial resources;
• exercise of policy on accounting in line with the RA legislation on accounting considering the peculiarities and structure of BSU, as well as maintenance of its financial stability;
• maintening financial stability of BSU, implementing accumulation of financial means, creating and replenishing the intangible fund;
• analysis of BSU incomes and expenditures.
