On August 17-19, 2021 a three-day project management meeting was held at the Varna University of Management within the framework of Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education Fostering University-Enterprise Cooperation and Entrepreneurship of Students via SMART Cafes (SMART) project. In the course of the meeting the representatives of the Consortium’s member institutions summed up the outcomes of the activities implemented in the last months.
Welcome speeches were delivered by Nikos Zaharis, SMART project coordinator and Elena Simciuc, SMART project co-coordinator. On the opening session, speeches were addressed to the participants by Dr. Karine Harutyunyan, Rector of the Brusov State University and Dr. Ruzanna Hakobyan, Rector of the Gavar State University.
During the three working days the representatives of the higher educational institutions and non-governmental organizations discussed the ongoing questions of the projects, dissemination and informative events, ToTs, training materials, the upcoming events: online hackathon, national competitions, final conference.
During the meeting the HEIs from Armenia, Moldova and Belarus presented the activities carried out so far, as well as the SMART Caffes, the activities and the events for the young people were discussed.
During some workshops the participants wrapped up the activities and discussed future activities.
