ERASMUS + SMART PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING AT VARNA UNIVERSITY OF MANAGEMENT

On July 9-13, 2018 a three-day workshop was held at the Varna University of Management within the framework of Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education Fostering University-Enterprise Cooperation and Entrepreneurship of Students via SMART Cafes (SMART) project. In the course of the meeting the representatives of the Consortium’s member institutions summed up the outcomes of the activities implemented in the last months. The Head of YSULS Career Center, SMART Coordinator at YSULS Levon Babamyan and YSULS Career Center Specialist Ani Hovsepyan  participated in the meeting.

During the three working days the representatives of the higher educational institutions discussed the ongoing questions of the projects, “Dissemination Strategy and Exploitation of Results Guidelines”, dissemination and informative events, amongst others.

The second day was dedicated to the presentation of the results of the surveys conducted by the higher educational institutions of Armenia, Moldova and Belarus among the students and companies. The participants discussed the model and the content of the SMART Caffes, as well as the trainings which will be conducted for the teachers of the Partner Countries.

The third day of the workshop the participants wrapped up the activities and discussed future challenges. Upon completion of the meetings the participants made a site-visit to Innovator, incubator located in Varna, and got familiar with the entrepreneurial projects, activities and events.
