Trainings of trainers were organized and took place within the frame of the Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education “Connecting Universities-Industry through Smart Entrepreneurial Cooperation and Competitive Intelligence of Students in Moldova, Georgia and Armenia” (CONNECT) project on April 4-8, 2022, in Sofia, Bulgaria and on March 21-26, 2022 in Bucharest, Romania. The participants of the meeting were the representatives and teachers of a number of higher education institutions and non-governmental organizations from Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, and Latvia.

The topics of the training in Bulgaria were as follows: How to File a Patent Application, Building a Financial Plan, Approaching Angel Investors, Academic Entrepreneurship & Tech Transfer, Mapping Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, etc. During the working days, several study visits were arranged to the business incubators, co-working spaces, universities, etc. The trainings were delivered by the trainers and experts of CONNECT partner “Anthology Management”.

The topics of the training in Romania were as follows: Advanced Communication Competences, Public Speaking Skills , Keynote Presentation Skills, Manifesting Creativity for Self-Improvement, etc.
