UNESCO Chair on Political Science and Philosophy

BSU UNESCO Chair on Political Science and Philosophy was founded on September 1, 2001, together with the UNESCO.

The Chair offers BA in Political Science, MA in International Relations, European Studies, Political Science, PhD ԻԳ.00.02 in Political Institutions and Processes, and ԻԳ.00.04 in International Relations.

Adjunct to the Chair, The Center for Prospective Studies and Initiatives has been in operation since 2014, within the framework of Center The Armenian Political Science Journal is being published. The editors and authors of the journal include academic staff members, as well as foreign specialists.

Experienced professionals (Candidates and Doctors of Sciences), visiting lecturers from overseas universities teach and carry out research activities in the Chair.  The academic programs applied in the Chair are totally compatible with those of Western universities providing high-quality education. Therefore, our students have no difficulty in studying at those universities through exchange programs.
