Tatyana Ghevond Hovhannisyan
Head of the Scientific-Educational Center for JournalismTatyana Ghevond Hovhannisyan studied at the Faculty of Journalism of Yerevan State University in 1998-2001, and graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Lomonosov Moscow State University with a Diploma of Excellence in 2001-2004. In 2013 Ms. Hovhannisyan started her Ph.D. in Theory of Pedagogy and History in the Chair of Pedagogy and Language Teaching Methodology of Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences. Since 2005, she has participated in experience exchange programs at Harvard, Missouri and other American universities, as well as training courses of IREX and other international organizations. In 2002-2004 she worked at the International Confederation of Journalist Unions (Moscow) being responsible for the relations with the Baltic countries. Tatyana Hovhhanisyan worked at Dar 21 TV as an External Relations Officer in 2008-2010, as a website editor at Yerkir Media TV in 2006-2008. Since 2005 she has been working in YSULS as a lecturer and the Head of the Scientific-Educational Center for Journalism.
Ms. Hovhannisyan is an author of scientific articles, co-author of 1 education-support mannual and 1 methodological guideline for a university course.
