Born in 1962 on August 26 in Yerevan. 

1979 Graduated with gold medal from the Kamo (Gavar) Secondary School No. 1

1984 Graduated with honors from Yerevan State Pedagogical University after Kachatur Abovyan, Faculty of Armenian Language and Literature

1984 - 1995 Worked at Yerevan State Pedagogical University after Kachatur Abovyan (Intern, Lecturer, Associate professor)

1985 - 1986 Served in the Soviet Army

1989 Earned the scientific degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences

1993 Winner of the "Young Scholars" contest announced by the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund for studies dedicated to word-formation semantics

1993 - 2018 Taught Armenian language at the Gevorkian Theological Seminary of Etchmiadzin

1995 - 2019 Taught at Yerevan State University of Languages and Social Sciences after V. Brusov

2011 - 2014 Served as the editorial-publishing department director of the Bible Society of Armenia

June 2018 – March 16, 2023 Chairperson of the Language Committee of the RA Ministry of ESCS

March 14, 2023 was appointed as Interim Rector of Brusov State University

April 18, 2024 Rector of Brusov State University 

Author and co-author of about 150 scientific, education methodology books, articles, works.
