“V. Brusov State University” Foundation (hereinafter referred to as BSU) announces a competition for the following faculty positions in the chairs listed below:

Candidates for the vacant Senior Lecturer position in the faculty may apply if they meet the requirements outlined in Clause 22 of the “V. Brusov State University” Foundation’s regulations on the qualifications for faculty positions, the competitive selection of candidates, and the appointment of faculty members.

To participate in the competition for the Senior Lecturer position, applicants must submit the following documents, as required by Clause 31 of the aforementioned regulations:

1. a written application addressed to the Rector;
2. copies of the passport or ID card and social security card;
3. a personal record sheet with a 3x4 cm photo attached, including the permanent residence address, landline or mobile phone numbers, and email address;
4. curriculum vitae (CV);
5. copy/copies of higher education diploma(s);
6. copy/copies of scientific degree diploma(s) and academic title certificate(s);
7. a list of published scientific and educational-methodological works and patents, certified by the scientific secretary of the educational institution;
8. information on awards, prizes, and honorary titles, with supporting documents (if available);
9. certificates or attestations of professional development courses completed in the last five years (if available);
10. a reference and/or recommendation letter from the last place of employment;
11. any other documents characterizing the candidate’s scientific and pedagogical activities at their discretion.

Preference will be given to candidates who best meet the criteria set by BSU for the Senior Lecturer position as outlined in the job description.

To participate in the competition, applications (with original documents) must be submitted from March 21 to April 21 of this year, between 09:00 and 17:00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Documents should be submitted to the secretary of the respective faculty council at the following address: Tumanyan 42, Yerevan 0002, Republic of Armenia.

Please be informed that, according to the established procedure, the selected candidate will begin their full-time employment on September 1, 2025. Faculty members selected through the competition for permanent positions are appointed by the Rector’s order. If appointed for the first time, the term will be up to three years, with the possibility of extension for up to five years.
